Duties Responsibilities:

• Should able to understand business requirements, statutory/taxation requirements in the area of Human Capital Management (HCM) Organization management, Personal Administration, Time management, Payroll,Travel Management, Recruitment, Training Event Management and do To be process mapping in ECC/S4 HANA, ESS MSS, Gap analysis, KDS finalization, custom development object identification /RICEF list

• Finalize requirement of each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specification to Tehcnical team to carry out development

• Carry out functional configurations in ECC/ S4 HANA, ESS MSS, Prepare test scripts. Do Unit testing and development testing.

• Identify integration scenarios, prepare Integration test script and do integration testing.

• Plan and provide training to Core team and users

• Manage Master data and cutover data migration /upload

• Provide post go live support for issues faced by users

Minimum Qualification: Graduate Engineering/Science/Commerce
Location: Ready to work in any location in India abroad

Essential Requirement:

• SAP Experience 3 to 5 yrs

• Team Handling Experience

• E2E Implementation project(s) At least 1 E2E implementation project handled independantly

• Domain Experience 1 to 2 yrs

Desirable Requirement:

• Degree- Post Graduate/MBA

• Certifications SAP certification

• Industry experience Real estate/ Construction / Infrastructure industry

• GST Implementation project(s) 1

• HANA Migration project(s) 1

• Roll-out project(s) NA

• Onsite Support project(s) NA

• Offshore Support project(s) NA

Technical Competencies:

• Expereince of E2E onsite implementation project

• Ability to define orgstructure suiting buiness reporting and control requirements

• Ability to do process mapping, Gap analysis RICEF indentification, KDS finalization

• Ability to handle configurations, provide functional specifications for RICEF, testing and deliver desiged processes

• Ability to plan and handle data migration

• Ability to provide training and provide post go live support
