Germany Payroll Consultant / Payroll-Berater (Deutschland)

Czechia Payroll Consultant / Payroll-Berater (Tschechien)

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of German or Czech payroll legislation, taxation, social security, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll configuration, enhancements, and support.
• Strong technical experience with:
• Wage Types – creation, configuration, modification, and troubleshooting
• Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) – creation, modification, and troubleshooting
• Payroll Schemas – creation, modification, and troubleshooting
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing, including payroll runs, payroll result analysis, and gross-to-net calculations.
• Strong understanding of country-specific payroll localization and statutory requirements.
• Ability to understand and interpret local payroll legislation and regulations in the applicable local/native language.
• Experience analyzing and resolving complex SAP Payroll issues, including configuration, master data, and payroll calculation issues.

Erforderliche Schlüsselqualifikationen und Erfahrungen:

• Fundierte praktische Erfahrung mit SAP HCM Payroll.
• Umfassende Kenntnisse der deutschen oder tschechischen Gesetzgebung zur Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, Besteuerung, Sozialversicherung und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften.
• Praktische Erfahrung in der Konfiguration, Erweiterung und Betreuung (Support) von SAP HCM Payroll.
• Fundierte technische Erfahrung in folgenden Bereichen:

o Lohnarten – Erstellung, Konfiguration, Anpassung und Fehlerbehebung

o Personalabrechnungsregeln (PCRs) – Erstellung, Anpassung und Fehlerbehebung

o Abrechnungsschemata – Erstellung, Anpassung und Fehlerbehebung

• Erfahrung mit der End-to-End-Abrechnungsabwicklung, einschließlich Abrechnungsläufen, Analyse der Abrechnungsergebnisse sowie Brutto-Netto-Berechnungen.
• Fundiertes Verständnis der länderspezifischen Lokalisierung der Abrechnung und der gesetzlichen Anforderungen.
• Fähigkeit, lokale Abrechnungsgesetze und -vorschriften in der jeweiligen Landessprache zu verstehen und zu interpretieren.
• Erfahrung in der Analyse und Lösung komplexer Probleme im Bereich SAP Payroll, einschließlich Fragen zu Konfiguration, Stammdaten und Abrechnungsberechnungen.

Gehalt: 20,00€ - 100,00€ pro Stunde
