Key Responsibilities

SAP HCM Solution Support & Development

• Design, build, configure, and support SAP HCM Personnel Administration solutions.
• Manage employee master data and personnel administration processes.
• Configure SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements.
• Support ongoing enhancements and process improvements.

Functional & Technical Consulting

• Act as the SME for SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
• Convert business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions.

Team Leadership

• Support and guide team members.
• Contribute to key project decisions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts.

Integration & Support

• Support SAP HCM integrations with:

• Payroll

• Organizational Management

• Time Management

• SAP SuccessFactors

• Third-Party HR Systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.

• Ensure data integrity and process compliance.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA)
