SAP Helpdesk Support (Temporary)

FPG Oleochemicals Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented SAP Helpdesk Support professional to join our team on a contract basis. This is a temporary role located in Kuantan, Pahang. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level assistance and troubleshooting for our users on our SAP enterprise software system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide 1st-level SAP helpdesk support to end users on all their reported cases in the organisation.
• To ensure all end users' reported case(s) are being analyzed and resolved on time.
• Escalate unresolved case(s) promptly to the appointed 3d party SAP Application Management Support (AMS) service provider through the AMS ticketing system.
• Effectively liaises, coordinates, and communicates with the the appointed 3d party SAP AMS service provider in delivering fast resolution of reported case(s) to meet the service level agreement.
• Ensure end users' business acceptance test and/or feedback on reported case(s) is promptly provided to meet the service level agreement.
• Manage SAP user(s) identity and access management in the organization.
• Liaises and coordinates with the appointed 3rd-party SAP audit service provider to deliver segregation of duties (SoD) conflict requirement compliance reports on time.
• Ensure all SAP system documentation, including functional specifications and end-user training guides, is always up to date and stored in the appropriate SAP repository.
• Ensure compliance of IT policies, procedures, and practices on SAP to meet business standards and governance for stewardship.

  Basic Requirements

• Minimum diploma holder in information technology/MIS or a computer-related field with two years or more of related experience.
• IT/ SAP Helpdesk support-related experience is an advantage.
• Conceptual knowledge of computer technology is desired.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the internal and external team (IT team, end users, and 3rd party service providers).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently with minimum supervision and result-oriented.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
