该职位来源于猎聘 Scope & Responsibilities:

• Support China and Hong Kong payroll operations.
• Clone existing payroll systems and support new payroll implementations.
• Represent payroll from a product and system perspective (SAP Payroll Knowledge).
• Author detailed test scenarios and test scripts based on blueprint inputs and expected outputs.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and test scripts.
• Provide payroll support from a functional and compliance standpoint. Support Cutover , Go live , Hypercare
• Act as a local payroll SME for China specific practices. Skill Expectations:
• SAP Payroll fundamentals and hands on payroll experience.
• General payroll expertise with knowledge of China payroll regulations preferable, tax structures, and statutory practices.
• Prior experience in China payroll implementation is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with payroll testing and validation processes.
• 7-9 years or relevant exp.
