We are hiring an experienced SAP HCM Consultant – PA/OM | CATS | Mini Master for our reputed client Happiest Minds Technologies Limited.

Job Details

• Position: SAP HCM – PA/OM | CATS | Mini Master
• Client: Happiest Minds Technologies Limited
• Experience: 5+ Years
• Relevant Experience: 5+ Years in SAP PA & OM
• Interview Rounds: 2 Rounds
• Interview Mode: Virtual
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong experience in SAP HCM – Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM)
• Hands-on experience in SAP Time Management
• Experience configuring and maintaining Holiday Calendars and Work Schedules, including Rotational Schedules
• Experience with Time-Off Balance Management and Time-Off Request processes
• Hands-on experience with CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet)
• Experience capturing employee working hours against Cost Centers, WBS Elements, Cost Objects, or other assignments
• Knowledge of CATS / My Timesheet, including the Fiori My Timesheet application
• Experience in Time Data Review, Resolution, Approval, and Time Processing
• Experience integrating time data with SAP Payroll
• Hands-on experience handling Historical Time Adjustments and corrections
• Experience supporting retroactive time changes and period-end time closing
• Experience in CATS configuration and implementation
• Experience in SAP HR Mini Master configuration and implementation
• Candidates with either CATS or Mini Master experience are also considered; experience in both is preferred
• Good understanding of integration between CATS, SAP PA, and OM

Important Note

• PCR and Schema experience is NOT required
• Strong SAP PA & OM experience is mandatory
• 5+ years of relevant SAP HCM experience required
• Candidates with CATS / My Timesheet (Fiori) experience are preferred
