URGENT HIRING SAP HYBRIS | TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We are hiring an experienced SAP Hybris Technical Support Engineer / Consultant for our reputed client Happiest Minds Technologies Limited.

Core Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud Technical Support
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills, especially under incident pressure
• Excellent cross-team communication and stakeholder management
• Strong scripting and query-writing skills for operational support and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of the e-commerce order lifecycle
• Knowledge of promotions and discount logic
• Experience working with production support and incident management

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Manage the team's daily sync-up calls
• Collaborate with Partners, L3 teams, and Integration teams to discuss and resolve ongoing issues
• Act as an Incident Manager during P0/P1 incidents and lead the incident call until resolution
• Manage team rosters and support activities

Incident Management & Debugging

• Investigate and resolve production incidents affecting order flow
• Troubleshoot orders stuck in unexpected statuses
• Investigate promotion/discount mismatches
• Troubleshoot delivery cost calculation errors
• Resolve payment mode fallback and checkout flow issues
• Diagnose issues in the Drools-based promotions/rule engine, including cases where promotions trigger but are not applied correctly
• Troubleshoot Order Management System (OMS) issues
• Investigate pickup order status transition failures
• Handle return consignment sub-process collisions
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with relevant teams for permanent resolution

Preferred Experience

• Experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce
• Experience in production support
• Experience handling P0/P1 incidents
• Knowledge of OMS, Order Management, Checkout, Promotions, Payments, and Returns
• Experience with Drools / Rule Engine
• Strong understanding of e-commerce applications and order management
• Experience working with L3, integration, and external partner teams
