SAP IAG Lead - Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP IAG implementation, transformation and integration programs.
• Design SAP IAG solutions covering access requests, access analysis, access certification, role design and privileged access management.
• Drive integration of SAP IAG with SAP IAS, SAP IPS, SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SuccessFactors, SAC and other enterprise applications.
• Define role-based access control, segregation of duties, risk analysis and mitigating control frameworks.
• Manage requirements workshops, solution design, project plans, delivery risks, budgets, quality assurance and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead offshore and onshore teams, mentor consultants and support proposals, client presentations and business development initiatives.

Skills Required:

• 9 - 15 years of relevant experience, including end-to-end SAP IAG implementation leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security and SAP Identity Access Governance implementations.
• Ability to act as an SAP security architect and translate business, compliance and access requirements into scalable governance solutions.
• Strong understanding of role-based access control, segregation of duties, access risk analysis, mitigating controls and compliance frameworks.
• Experience designing and integrating SAP and non-SAP applications within cloud and hybrid identity governance landscapes.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Identity Access Management, SAP GRC Access Control 12.0 and IAG Bridge integration.

**Education:**B.Tech, BE, MCA, MBA or equivalent qualification.
