Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP solutions across Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Supply Planning, Response Planning, and S&OP.
• Configure Planning Areas, Key Figures, Master Data Types, Attributes, and Planning Levels.
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CRM, MES, WMS, and external applications.
• Develop and maintain data integration solutions using SAP CPI-DS and SAP Integration Suite.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, transformation, and quality management activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable planning solutions.
• Support forecasting, supply chain planning, and inventory optimization processes.
• Participate in Agile project delivery, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Provide client-facing consulting and solution recommendations.
• Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP IBP modules:

• Demand Planning (DP)

• Supply Planning (SP)

• Inventory Optimization (IO)

• Response & Supply Planning (RSP)

• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Hands-on experience in Planning Areas, Key Figures, Attributes, and Time Profiles.

• Experience with SAP CPI-DS and SAP Integration Suite.

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA/ECC integration.

• Strong understanding of supply chain and planning processes.

• Experience in data migration, validation, and master data management.

• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in end-to-end SAP IBP implementation projects.
• Team leadership and project management experience.
• Exposure to multiple industry domains.
• SAP IBP Certification is preferred.
