What will you do?

• Ensure stable and reliable operations of the SAP Integration Suite platform and its integration services.

• Monitor integration processes, APIs, interfaces, and platform components to ensure high availability and performance.

• Perform proactive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for integration-related incidents.

• Manage and maintain SAP Integration Suite services, including Cloud Integration, API Management, and connectivity components.

What are we looking for?

At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right

mindset:

• Solid experience (3+ years) in operating and supporting SAP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).

• Good knowledge of SAP BTP and Cloud Foundry administration concepts, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and API Management.

• Proven experience with various adapters (e.g., REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, SFTP) and supporting cloud-to-cloud/on-premises integrations.

• Familiarity with ITIL-based service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and experience with ticket tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

• Strong command of English (B2 level) to effectively communicate and collaborate in a global environment.

• Residency in Portugal (residents in Brazil can be also considered).
