The Role

You'll be the go-to expert and lead for Order to Cash in SAP, responsible for the entire OTC business process from Sales Order through to Collections. This isn't a team lead role; it's about mastery and process control. You'll configure, optimise, and troubleshoot the OTC landscape, work closely with Finance (FI/CO integration is core), manage requirements from the business, and ensure the process runs smoothly across the organisation. Your knowledge will be the foundation that the wider team relies on.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Proven SAP OTC (Order to Cash) expertise; sales orders, billing, collections, credit management
• Strong understanding of FI/CO integration and how OTC sits within the SAP process landscape
• In-house SAP experience (implementation and/or ongoing support)
• Fluent English

Nice-to-Have:

• S/4HANA experience
• Exposure to Fiori and modern UX
• Exposure to billing engines or collections processes
• Experience in manufacturing or complex B2B environments
