SAP Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Process Goods Receipts (GR), Goods Issues (GI), and Delivery Receipts (D.R.) in SAP accurately and within the required timeline.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure that SAP transactions are consistent with actual inventory movements.
• Coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, Production, and Accounting teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in documents, inventory records, and SAP postings.
• Monitor SAP transactions and follow up on pending or incorrect postings to ensure timely resolution.
• Generate and submit SAP-related reports, including inventory movement reports, transaction logs, and other operational reports as required.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of SAP transactions and supporting documents.
• Assist operations teams by providing accurate inventory and transaction information from SAP.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory and SAP transaction processes to promote accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in SAP, inventory management, warehouse operations, or supply chain is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP inventory transactions, particularly GR and GI, is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work on a 6-day work-week shifting schedule.
