SAP Logistics/TM Analyst

Your Job

As a SAP Logistics/TM Analyst at Koch, you will design, configure and support SAP logistics solutions across Inventory Management, Logistics Execution and Transportation Management. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and global technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment.

Our Team

You will be part of the Georgia-Pacific Building Products IT organisation, working within the Order-to-Cash team. The team partners with business subject-matter experts and SAP functional and technical resources to support daily operations, enhancements, upgrades and strategic projects.

What You Will Do

• Design, configure and enhance SAP Inventory Management, Logistics Execution and Transportation Management solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
• Configure logistics processes, including plant settings, shipping conditions, routes, equipment and relevant master data
• Support integrations across SAP logistics solutions, including Yard Management, load optimisation and external applications
• Analyse complex business challenges and recommend solutions aligned with business strategies
• Conduct workshops, gap analyses and fit-to-standard sessions
• Support projects and upgrades across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, implementation and production support
• Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects and validate technical designs
• Perform root-cause and impact analyses for SAP TM-related issues and support users with day-to-day requirements
• Develop and execute unit and integration test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing
• Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents and training materials
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams in a global delivery environment
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide support for critical incidents

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 8+ years of experience working with SAP Logistics, including SAP Transportation Management
• Experience designing, configuring and implementing SAP IM, LE and TM solutions
• Experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP TM implementation
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA logistics processes and integrations
• Experience configuring logistics master data and plant-specific settings, including shipping conditions, routes and equipment
• Experience preparing WRICEF functional specifications and validating technical designs
• Experience conducting workshops, gap analyses and fit-to-standard sessions
• Experience performing root-cause analysis and resolving SAP TM-related issues

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience monitoring interfaces between SAP and external systems
• Working knowledge of SAP IM, WM, TMS, YMS or ORTEC solutions
• SAP ABAP troubleshooting knowledge
• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
• Experience in the building products or process manufacturing industry
