Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Material Master Data Management, Material Classification, data governance processes, workflows, and master data quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP MDG solutions for Material Master Data.
• Manage and maintain Material Classification processes, characteristics, and classes within SAP.
• Configure and enhance MDG Data Models, Change Requests, Business Rules, and Workflows.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define and implement master data governance processes.
• Perform data validation, data quality checks, and governance controls.
• Support master data creation, change, approval, and distribution processes.
• Develop and maintain BRF+ rules, derivations, validations, and workflow configurations.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams including MM, PP, SD, and SCM for master data integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MDG-related issues and provide production support.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and user training activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG for Material Master (MDG-M).
• Experience in Material Classification Management (Classes, Characteristics, Classification Processes).
• Knowledge of MDG Data Modeling, Change Request Management, Workflow Configuration, and BRF+.
• Experience with data replication and integration between SAP systems.
• Understanding of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
