What they need
- Lead global Master Data Governance programs covering data quality, harmonization, stewardship, and standardization.
- Strong experience with SAP MDG, S/4HANA, Business Partner, Material Master, SAP MDI, Fiori, and DRF.
- Drive Data Quality, Golden Record, Data Cleansing/Enrichment, and Reference Data Governance initiatives.
- Support S/4HANA transformation across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance master data.
- Hands-on knowledge of BRF+, ABAP, Workflow, OData, SAP BTP, API integrations, data migration, and reconciliation.
- Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences/Healthcare or other regulated environments.
- Good to have SAP Information Steward, Ataccama, Informatica, Collibra, strategic SI management, and AI-enabled DQ automation experience.
