Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Store Lead with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Inventory & Store Management to lead store operations, inventory processes, SAP enhancements, and business integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM Store & Inventory Management processes.
• Manage GRN, Goods Issue, stock transfers, material movements and physical inventory.
• Ensure material master accuracy, inventory reconciliation and audit compliance.
• Handle SAP MM integration with FI/CO and PP.
• Drive process improvements, validations and automation.
• Support SAP S/4HANA / RISE with SAP implementation, rollout and support.
• Lead users, provide training and coordinate with business and technical teams.

Required Skills

• SAP MM / S/4HANA – Inventory & Store Management
• GRN, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer & Physical Inventory
• Material Master, Batch Management & Split Valuation
• Inventory Valuation and FI/CO Integration
• BAPI/BADI, validations and enhancements
• SAP Rollout / Implementation / Support experience
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Qualification & Experience

• 15+ years of SAP MM experience with 3+ years in a Lead role
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience
• B.Tech / MBA / MCA or equivalent
• SAP MM certification preferred

Preferred Industry Experience

Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Mining, Power & Utilities, EPC, FMCG or Chemicals/Petrochemicals.
