Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDK Lead to design, develop, deploy, and support mobile applications using SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK) on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The role requires strong hands-on development expertise along with technical leadership, solution architecture, team mentoring, and stakeholder management.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable enterprise mobility solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and OData/REST services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP MDK mobile application development with hands-on involvement.
• Design and develop mobile solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP BTP.
• Configure, develop, debug, and deploy SAP MDK applications.
• Develop and consume OData services and REST APIs.
• Design offline-first mobile applications and data synchronization strategies.
• Configure and manage SAP Mobile Services, deployments, releases, and transports.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, reusable frameworks, and development best practices.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and optimize application performance.
• Implement mobile security and authentication mechanisms.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Support solution design, effort estimation, SIT, UAT, hypercare, and production support.
• Coordinate with functional teams, architects, business stakeholders, and project managers.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK).
• SAP Mobile Services and SAP BTP.
• Integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• OData services and REST APIs.
• JavaScript and JSON.
• Offline mobile architecture and synchronization.
• Mobile security and authentication.
• Application deployment, debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Technical leadership and solution design experience.
