**SAP OpenText VIM Consultant | NV1 Clearance | Contract | ASAP Start

The role can be based in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, or Perth** We are seeking an experienced SAP OpenText VIM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a key SAP VIM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sustainment & Support

• Provide day-to-day operational support for OpenText VIM integrated with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents related to VIM workflows, invoice processing, OCR extraction, and exception handling
• Monitor system health, identify recurring issues, and implement root cause fixes
• Manage and prioritise service requests, change requests, and minor enhancements through established ITIL processes
• Maintain and update configuration documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
• Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP FICO Accounts Payable processes including payment runs, vendor master data, and reconciliation

Enhancement & Continuous Improvement

• Analyse business requirements for targeted enhancements to VIM and SAP FICO configurations
• Design, configure, and test improvements to approval workflows, exception handling rules, logic modules, and posting configurations
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate invoice processing and financial operations
• Deliver small-to-medium enhancements within established change management frameworks
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess enhancement requests, provide effort estimates, and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions
• Support periodic upgrades, patching, and compatibility testing for VIM and related SAP components

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to client finance and Accounts Payable teams on VIM and FICO best practices
• Provide clear communication on incident status, enhancement progress, and system changes
• Contribute to service reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives

About You:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP OpenText VIM experience
• Experience with 2 or more full lifecycle VIM implementations preferred
• Strong knowledge of VIM Bolt-on, Invoice Capture Center and OpenText Archive Server
• Strong SAP Accounts Payable (AP) experience, with exposure to AR and GL
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and integration technologies
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Current NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory
