Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced SAP Operator to manage warehouse operations, stock verification, billing, reporting, and claim bills. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP, ensuring proper documentation, verifying physical stock against system records, and preparing timely and accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Operations: Enter, update, and maintain all stock receipts, material issues, transfers, and other inventory transactions in SAP.
• Warehouse Management: Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including inward and outward material movements, dispatches, and proper documentation.
• Stock Verification: Thoroughly check physical stock against SAP records, identify discrepancies, and report shortages, excess stock, or damaged goods.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, delivery challans, and other billing-related documents.
• Claim Bills: Prepare, verify, and process claim bills, ensuring all supporting documents are accurate and complete.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to stock, billing, dispatches, inward/outward movements, and inventory reconciliation.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile physical stock with SAP data and investigate any mismatches.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of invoices, stock registers, delivery documents, claim bills, and other warehouse paperwork.
• Coordination: Work closely with warehouse staff, accounts, sales, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure all SAP entries, stock records, and billing documents are updated accurately and on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma holder in a relevant field.
• Practical knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP MM, SD, or the relevant warehouse and billing modules.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, billing, and reporting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock checking and documentation.
• Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Good coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible approach to handling inventory and company records.

Key Expectations

• Maintain 100% accuracy in SAP entries and stock records.
• Ensure regular and thorough physical stock verification.
• Complete billing and claim bill processing within deadlines.
• Submit accurate inventory and operational reports on time.
• Immediately report any stock mismatch, damage, shortage, or documentation error.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can independently handle SAP entries, warehouse stock management, billing, claim bills, and reporting while ensuring that every stock movement is properly recorded and verified.

Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
