SAP Ops & Observability Engineer

You will become a technically curious and collaborative SAP Operations & Observability Engineer to help ensure the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of our Client's significant SAP landscape. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid SAP technical foundation who are interested in understanding and learning application behaviour, troubleshooting complex cross-system issues, and improving observability across integrated enterprise platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor SAP application performance and availability and troubleshoot operational incidents and application issues.
• Analyze end-to-end processes and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems, using knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, OData, and IDoc.
• Collaborate across ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, Work Zone, development, integration, platform, and support teams.
• Support observability practices, including SAP Cloud ALM for Operations, and improve alerting, diagnostics, and system transparency.
• Communicate technical findings and actionable recommendations to IT and business stakeholders.
• Continuously develop knowledge across SAP technologies, integration, and application operations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in SAP technical roles (e.g. SAP development, application operations, platform support, or integration)
• SAP Technical Foundation (Must-have)
• Hands-on experience with ECC / S/4HANA
• Understanding of application flows and system behavior
• Basic familiarity beyond core SAP systems, e.g SAP BTP or SAP Work Zone.
• Experience or familiarity with SAP Integration Suite
• Integration techniques like OData, IDoc
• Ability to understand end-to-end flows across systems and interface
• Openness to work beyond one domain
• Ability to collaborate across different SAP products and multiple capability teams
• IT degree required
