SAP Payroll Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.
• Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  Professional & Technical Skills:
• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with English Language.
• Comprehensive understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements within SAP HCM.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective system configurations.
• Experience in integrating payroll solutions with other human capital management modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges related to payroll processing and reporting.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
