SAP Plant Maintenance

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM/EAM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and SAP Quality Management (QM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, support, enhancements, testing, and integration with cross-functional SAP modules. Experience in Asset Management, Utilities, Manufacturing, MRO, or Aviation domains will be an added advantage

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP PM/EAM solutions based on business processes.
• Design and implement Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown, Refurbishment, Calibration, and External Service Management processes.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects
• Prepare Business Blueprint, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts, and User Manuals.
• Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, FAT, and Production Support activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams for solution delivery.
• Support data migration activities using LSMW, BDC, and IDocs.
• Work closely with MM, PP, SD, FICO, WM/EWM, and Procurement teams for integration requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Experience in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management
• Exposure to SAP QM and SAP CS modules.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and support projects.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience in configuration and customization activities.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, PP, SD, and FICO.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
