What they need
We are hiring an experienced SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) + CS (Customer Service) Consultant with 8+ years of strong functional expertise for a Pune-based opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP PM & CS modules (End-to-End lifecycle)
Handle:
Technical Objects (Equipment, Functional Locations)
Maintenance Notifications & Orders
Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance
Maintenance Plans, Task Lists
Work on Service Management processes including service orders, warranties, contracts, and billing
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and handle enhancements
Integration with modules like MM, SD, FI/CO
Participate in implementation / rollout / support projects
SAP PM covers activities like inspection, preventive maintenance, and integration with other modules, while CS extends this to customer-side service, billing, and warranty management
Required Skills
- 8+ years of SAP PM + CS experience
- Strong experience in S/4HANA or ECC
- Hands-on configuration & support
- At least 1-2 end-to-end implementations
- Good understanding of integration (MM, SD, FI)
- Strong client communication skills
