该职位来源于猎聘 Project Coordination & Planning Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive Project Plans, including Work Breakdown Structures , timelines, and resource allocation. Facilitate workshops, meetings (e.g., Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and ensure follow-ups on action items. Manage project calendars, coordinate cross-functional meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts. Documentation & Reporting Own the project documentation lifecycle: draft Minutes of Meeting (MoM), update RACI matrices, and maintain the Single Source of Truth (SSoT) in tools like Confluence or SharePoint. Generate weekly/monthly status reports (Dashboarding) for senior management, highlighting key metrics, milestones, and budget status. Maintain a centralized repository for all project artifacts, ensuring compliance with internal audit requirements. Communication & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for internal stakeholders regarding project inquiries and updates. Drive cross-departmental alignment between Tech, Product, and Business teams to remove blockers. Prepare high-quality presentation decks (Pitch Decks) for Steering Committee Meetings. Risk & Budget Administration Assist in tracking project risks and issues; maintain the Risk Register and escalate critical items to the PM. Support budget tracking and forecasting; process vendor POs (Purchase Orders) and expense reports via systems like SAP Ariba or Coupa. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above. 3 years and above of experience in IT project coordination, executive assistance, or a related field within an MNC or international environment. IT Project management experience is mandatory. SAP Project Mgt experience is a big plus. Skills & Tools Tools Proficiency: Advanced user of MS Office Suite. Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet is highly preferred. Methodologies: Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies. PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Language: English proficiency. can be working language Personal Attributes Self-driven & Proactive: "Owner's mindset" – you don't wait to be told what to do.
