About the Role

Mawai InfoTech Ltd. is looking for B.Tech/B.E. freshers, preferably from Mechanical or Production Engineering, to join our SAP PP Trainee program.

Selected candidates will undergo structured SAP PP training through a professional training institute, followed by hands-on exposure and mentoring from experienced SAP consultants. This role is ideal for engineering graduates who want to build a long-term career in SAP Production Planning and Manufacturing Consulting.

Role & Responsibilities

• We are looking for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering freshers who are interested in building a career in Production Planning  SAP PP.

• Selected candidates will undergo structured training through a professional SAP training institute to develop knowledge of SAP PP and manufacturing processes.

• Understand core Production Planning  concepts and their application in manufacturing environments.

• Learn SAP PP processes including BOM, Work Centers, Routings, Material Master, Production Orders, MRP and Production Planning.

• Understand manufacturing workflows, production planning, scheduling and shop-floor processes.

• Develop an understanding of SAP PP integration with MM and other SAP modules.

• Assist senior SAP consultants in business process understanding, testing, documentation and project support.

• Participate in SAP implementation and support activities after successful completion of training.

• Learn to understand client requirements and map manufacturing processes with SAP solutions.

• Build practical knowledge through training, mentoring and exposure to live client/project scenarios.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering Fresher

• 2025/2026 pass-outs preferred.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing and production planning

• Strong analytical and logical thinking.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn SAP PP and pursue a career in SAP consulting.

• Willingness to undergo mandatory SAP PP training through the assigned training institute.

• Willingness to work from Noida and travel for client projects when required.
