SAP PP Functional Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP / SCM Lead to drive end-to-end production planning and supply chain initiatives. This role will lead system enhancements, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP (Production Planning) and integration with SCM modules
• Manage end-to-end production planning processes, including demand management, MRP, capacity planning, and shop floor control
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Oversee system enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution
• Provide leadership to a team of SAP functional consultants and/or business users
• Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with overall supply chain strategy
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in SAP PP/SCM
• Support testing, training, and change management activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of SAP PP experience, with strong exposure to SCM processes
• Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role
• Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Experience integrating PP with other modules such as MM, SD, or QM is a plus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Mandaluyong, with openness to a hybrid setup

Nice to Have

• Experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry
• SAP S/4HANA exposure or migration experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
