Sap PP Lead

1. Role Summary

The SAP PP Lead is responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions in SAP S/4HANA. The role includes leading requirement workshops, designing PP processes, managing integration with other modules, supervising team deliverables, and ensuring successful implementation across manufacturing operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP PP in S/4HANA environments.
• Conduct workshops with business teams to gather requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional designs, configuration, and custom solutions.
• Deliver blueprinting, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and hypercare support.

• Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Routing, Production Versions

• Planning & Execution:

• MRP, MRP Live

• Capacity Planning & Leveling

• Demand Management

• Long-term planning (LTP)

• Process Orders / Production Orders

• Confirmation, Goods Issue, Goods Receipt

• Batch Management & Serial Number Tracking.
