Detailed Job Description (JD)
Role Summary: Seeking an SAP PP/QM Consultant to lead configuration, implementation, and support of production planning and quality processes, with strong exposure to end-to-end manufacturing cycles.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP PP: MRP, BOM, routing, work centers, production orders (discrete/process/repetitive manufacturing)
- Configure and support SAP QM: inspection plans, quality notifications, results recording, certificates of analysis
- Handle integration with MM, SD, and PM modules
- Lead requirement gathering, blueprinting, and fit-gap analysis
- Support S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, or migrations (advantageous)
- Prepare functional specs for custom developments (WRICEF)
- Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and end-user training
- Provide production support and issue resolution (L2/L3)
