SAP PP/SCM Consultant (ABAP Debugging)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP / SCM Consultant to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP Supply Chain Planning solutions, with a strong focus on SAP Production Planning (PP). The successful candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and standardized supply chain processes while supporting project delivery, process optimization, and system enhancements.

Location: BGC, Taguig

Shift Schedule: 2PM - 12MN (Mondays to Fridays)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1x RTO, 4 days WFH)

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SAP PP and Supply Chain Planning solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
• Lead and support SAP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure consistency across SAP Supply Chain Planning processes and related cross-functional integrations
• Manage change requests, project activities, testing, and deployment support
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and business performance
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across SAP PP processes
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to deliver successful outcomes
• Promote best practices, process standardization, and knowledge sharing across teams
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and support materials

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of SAP consulting experience in Supply Chain Planning and Production Planning environments
• Experience working with global business and IT stakeholders
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning (SAP PP)
• Experience in end-to-end SAP PP implementations, enhancements, and support projects
• Strong expertise in SAP PP configuration and solution design
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain Planning (SCM) and manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience with ABAP debugging and technical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of cross-functional SAP integration points within supply chain and manufacturing environments
