Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for SAP Pre-Sales Solution Architect.

Location : Hybrid from Gdańsk or Warsaw, Poland

Employment Type : B2B or Employment Contract

FTE : Full-time

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Pre-Sales Solution Architect to support business development activities and shape winning SAP transformation proposals for global clients. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and SAP Practice teams to understand customer challenges, design high-level solution concepts, define implementation approaches, and develop compelling value propositions. You will act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle, bridging customer business needs with SAP technology capabilities.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of SAP consulting or solution architecture experience.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solution design, or SAP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related SAP solutions (EWM, SAP BTP, Signavio, LeanIX).
• Experience preparing customer proposals, solution estimates, and RFP responses.
• Ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery workshops.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into high-level SAP solution architectures.
• Support RFP, RFQ, and proposal preparation activities.
• Develop solution concepts, implementation approaches, effort estimates, and delivery models.
• Present SAP solutions, transformation roadmaps, and value propositions to client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on strategic opportunities and bid pursuits.
• Support architecture and scope definition for SAP S/4HANA, EWM other SAP solutions.
• Contribute to proposal content, Statements of Work (SoW), and executive presentations.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
• Monitor SAP market trends and identify new business opportunities.
