Location : Charlotte, NC 28217 (Hybrid; 3 days in office)

Shift : 08:00 am – 05:00 pm or 07:00 am – 04:00 pm

Duration : 5 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension / Temp – Hire)

Pay Range : $57.00 – $64.00/hr. on W2

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Procurement Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize SAP procurement solutions across the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement/SAP MM , a solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, and experience supporting or integrating Coupa with SAP. This role will work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Configure, enhance, and support SAP S/4HANA Procurement and SAP MM functionality.
• Support end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, vendor management, sourcing, and contracts.
• Support SAP-Coupa integration and troubleshoot functional issues across both platforms.
• Gather requirements, conduct business process analysis, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, workflows, and integrations.
• Partner with technical developers and integration teams to deliver solutions.
• Conduct and support FUT, SIT, and UAT activities.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Create functional documentation, process procedures, and training materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and lead discussions to drive issues and projects to successful completion.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of SAP functional experience focused on Procurement, SAP MM, Source-to-Pay, or Procure-to-Pay.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and/or SAP MM .
• Experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay and preferably SAP-Coupa integration.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including purchasing, supplier management, invoice processing, and three-way matching.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, SAP configuration, testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation or upgrade experience.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Business Workflow, SAP Business Partner, IDocs, APIs, EDI, or middleware integrations .
• Experience supporting global or multi-company procurement environments.
• SAP MM or SAP S/4HANA Procurement certification.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
