SAP Procurement Executive (Third Party)

Role & responsibilities

• Handle procurement of materials, equipment, civil items, electrical items and services as per project/site requirements.
• Float RFQs/RFPs and obtain competitive quotations from vendors.
• Conduct techno-commercial comparison and cost analysis.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual terms with vendors.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Work Orders (WO).
• Coordinate with project/site teams for material specifications and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and follow up on pending supplies.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget controls.
• Participate in vendor evaluation and onboarding activities.

• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain operations
• Good analytical and cost comparison skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel & SAP
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects
