SAP Program Director – Contract

We are supporting a F500 Food & Beverage manufacturer seeking an experienced SAP Program Director to lead a large-scale SAP transformation across its US operations.

The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across the program, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology delivery and organizational change. This individual will work closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, SAP teams and systems integration partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, enterprise-wide SAP transformation program.
• Establish program governance, delivery plans, budgets, timelines and risk-management processes.
• Coordinate multiple SAP work-streams across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and logistics.
• Manage senior relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders and systems integration partners.
• Ensure alignment between SAP solutions and the client’s operational and commercial objectives.
• Oversee program risks, dependencies, resources and vendor performance.
• Drive business readiness, organizational change and adoption across multiple locations.
• Provide clear program reporting and recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Experience

• Extensive experience leading large-scale SAP programs within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation experience.
• Previous experience within Food & Beverage, CPG or manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, production, procurement, finance and distribution processes.
• Proven experience managing global systems integrators and third-party delivery partners.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, program governance and commercial leadership skills.
• Experience delivering transformations across multi-site or international organizations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple interconnected work-streams.
