SAP Program Manager

The Role

The Functional Manager leads the analysis, design, and re-engineering of business requirements within a defined solutions area, in alignment with the broader IT strategy. This position partners closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT functions to solve business problems through technology and drive process improvements. You will collaborate with Project Management teams to deliver large-scale capital initiatives, new capability builds, and system enhancements tied to strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

Business Partnering

• Build strong working relationships across the organization
• Support the strategic goals of the functions you represent
• Contribute to roadmap development in support of those goals
• Develop business cases to prioritize projects within the IT portfolio
• Ensure represented functions understand IT capabilities and objectives
• Advise on business process and solution options

Solution Design and Delivery

• Track technology trends and apply them to organizational goals
• Participate in end-to-end solution design, including process reengineering and application architecture
• Ensure roadmap-aligned projects are delivered with quality, on schedule, and cost-effectively
• Keep solutions consistent with established architectural direction
• Act as project coordinator on smaller IT efforts, reporting status to the PMO

Solutions Support

• Coordinate internal and external support resources for timely issue resolution
• Drive critical incidents to closure within your area
• Resolve complex problems escalated beyond key users

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years implementing solutions in SAP S/4HANA ERP across Ariba, PTP, OTC, and eWM
• Two or more full implementations covering design, configuration, and project delivery
• CSM or Agile certification preferred
• Proven record of delivering stakeholder value through technology
• Experience supporting integration across SAP modules
• Working knowledge or development experience with ABAP objects, HANA SQL, and SAP BTP tools
