SAP Program Manager

SAP Transformation Programme Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transformation Programme Lead to manage a large-scale SAP modernisation initiative. The role will guide the transition from legacy SAP ECC or on-premises landscapes to a cloud-enabled SAP RISE and S/4HANA environment.

The successful candidate will provide end-to-end programme leadership, bringing together technology, business, data, infrastructure, integration, security, testing, change and external delivery partners. You will establish clear governance, maintain delivery momentum across workstreams and ensure the programme produces measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the SAP transformation programme from mobilisation through implementation, go-live and post-launch stabilisation.
• Lead the move to SAP RISE, S/4HANA, SAP BTP and associated cloud-enabled capabilities.
• Coordinate functional, technical, data migration, infrastructure, security, integration, testing and organisational-change workstreams.
• Define governance, steering-committee cadence, programme reporting, budget controls, milestones, dependencies and risk/issue management.
• Guide decisions on the appropriate migration approach, including brownfield conversion, greenfield implementation or selective transformation.
• Partner with senior business and IT stakeholders to align the SAP roadmap with business priorities, operational objectives and value-realisation targets.
• Manage systems integrators, technology suppliers and other third-party delivery partners.
• Oversee cutover readiness, go-live planning, hypercare and continuous-improvement activities.

Experience required

• At least 10 years of enterprise programme or project-management experience.
• At least 5 years leading SAP transformation, modernisation or migration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP RISE, SAP BTP and cloud-enabled SAP architecture.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams covering SAP functional modules, ABAP/technical development, integration, data migration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, QA, UAT and change management.
• Strong executive stakeholder-management, commercial, budget and supplier-management skills.
• Demonstrable delivery experience across complex enterprise SAP programmes.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
