Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead complex programs involving SAP Supply Chain, Logistics and EDI integrations. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management and successful implementation of SAP-enabled business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Supply Chain and Logistics programs involving SAP SD, MM, EWM and related applications.
• Manage EDI integration workstreams involving customers, suppliers, distributors and third-party logistics providers.
• Coordinate SAP functional, technical, integration and business teams.
• Own program plans, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks and escalations.
• Oversee integration testing, UAT, deployment, cutover and hypercare.
• Manage external vendors and implementation partners.
• Provide program governance and executive-level status reporting.
• Ensure business readiness and operational continuity during implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of IT experience, including significant SAP program/project management experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics business processes.
• Experience delivering SAP programs involving EDI and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP IDocs, EDI standards and integration middleware at a management level.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication, vendor management and delivery governance skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA transformation or rollout experience.
• Experience with SAP EWM, TM and Integration Suite.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or SAP-related certification.
• Manufacturing, medical devices or regulated-industry experience.
