SAP Program Manager

Seeking a SAP Sr. Project Manager that can be responsible for planning, leading and executing complex cross-functional project to setup a new manufacturing facility and related procurement and logistics functions within the Intuitive Business Applications. This role will require the individual to have domain exposure within the supply chain (Plan. Source, Make, Deliver). Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA, SAP ME (MES System), S/4 EWMS & Agile (PLM) will be beneficial.

The position is responsible for managing timelines and execution of projects for IT & business COE led implementation of, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery functions for a new manufacturing plant. Projects will span across a broad range from ideation, evaluation to implementation of existing solution to a new site, scale up for product launches, system upgrades & facility expansions. Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated Manufacturing and Product Qualification timelines and governance for all assigned activities of the project. Drive project management best practices for Global Operations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience involved in leading major cross-functional projects in Manufacturing Operations.
• BS or equivalent work experience.

Required Skills

• Over 7 to 10 years of experience working across business and IT with strong project delivery experience, in key SAP Lead roles as Project or Delivery Manager or COE Technical Lead that involves multi-module implementation of SAP ERP solutions with ECC6.0 or S/4 HANA will be key differentiators.
• Must have worked with SAP S/4 HANA projects and phased global implementations at multi-national industries and led technical project teams in an Agile manner for rollouts.
• Showcase at least 2 successful end to end implementations of SAP ECC6.0 and S/4 HANA projects in mid-size industries and 1 implementation in a large-size manufacturing industry will be a distinguishing factor for the ideal candidate.
• Experienced in managing partnerships with third-party system integrators, SAP Services, and other service providers in a project implementation.
• MS Office and JIRA.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environment.
• Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing a MES system is a plus.
• Medical device experience is a plus.
• Experience with supervising people desired.
• Certification in project management (PMP) pr Scrum Master (CSM) desired.
