Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead a major workstream within a large-scale enterprise SAP transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex SAP implementations, ERP modernization initiatives, and cross-functional teams while overseeing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and successful delivery.

This role will partner closely with business leaders, IT teams, implementation partners, and executive stakeholders to drive execution and ensure alignment with overall transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Workstream Leadership

• Lead a key workstream within a global SAP ERP transformation program.
• Own delivery, scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder management.
• Manage cross-functional business and technology teams to achieve program objectives.
• Drive accountability, execution, and milestone completion across the project lifecycle.

Planning & Execution

• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across business units, IT teams, SAP consultants, and implementation partners.
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and critical path milestones.
• Resolve issues proactively and escalate roadblocks when necessary.

Financial & Budget Management

• Manage workstream financials, including budget planning, forecasting, accruals, actuals, and variance analysis.
• Partner with Finance and PMO teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks impacting project delivery.
• Maintain audit-ready project financial documentation and controls.

Risk & Governance Management

• Track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and governance updates.
• Ensure compliance with transformation governance standards and reporting requirements.
• Support decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with business executives, functional leaders, IT teams, and external system integrators.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
• Drive communication and transparency across all levels of the organization.

Business Readiness & Adoption

• Partner with change management teams to support organizational readiness and user adoption.
• Ensure business processes are aligned with future-state SAP capabilities.
• Support training, transition planning, and operational readiness activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience managing SAP implementation, SAP migration, or ERP transformation programs.
• Experience owning workstream scope, schedule, budget, and delivery.
• Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep experience managing budgets, forecasting, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
• Experience managing large-scale ERP modernization programs.
• Background supporting one or more of the following business processes:
• Order to Cash (OTC)
• Procure to Pay (PTP)
• Plan to Deliver (PTD)
• Financial Performance Management (FPM)
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
• Experience working with global system integrators and consulting partners.
• Experience in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
