About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Program Manager to lead critical workstreams within a large-scale enterprise SAP modernization and ERP transformation initiative. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of SAP transformation programs across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major SAP transformation workstreams.
• Own planning, execution, budget management, forecasting, and delivery tracking.
• Drive collaboration across business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and program governance support.
• Ensure successful business readiness, adoption, and operational transition.
• Oversee financial management including forecasts, accruals, actuals, variance analysis, and budget controls.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP ERP implementations or transformation programs .
• Strong expertise managing scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Experience

• SAP workstreams such as:
• Order-to-Cash (OTC)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP)
• Plan-to-Deliver (PTD)
• Financial Performance Management (FPM)
• ERP modernization and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• PMP, Agile, or related certifications.
• Experience working with system integrators and implementation partners.
