SAP Program Manager – Implementation

Contract: 1–2 years | Subic Bay, Philippines

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead a major ERP implementation within a manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive a complex, cross-functional transformation involving international stakeholders, plant operations, business teams, and external implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP program delivery, from mobilization and planning through go-live and hyper care.
• Establish program governance, integrated schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate business, IT, manufacturing, and implementation partner teams across the Philippines and the US.
• Manage scope, change requests, dependencies, risks, issues, and critical decisions.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, cutover, training, and operational readiness.
• Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and business requirements are met.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project/program management experience, including at least 7 years in SAP delivery.
• Proven experience personally leading at least one complete SAP implementation or major rollout through go-live and hyper care.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0; SAP on HANA experience is an advantage.
• Experience with manufacturing operations and SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, or WM.
• Strong capabilities in program governance, vendor management, risk control, budgeting, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and external implementation partners.
• Willingness to work with US-based stakeholders and travel regularly to Subic Bay during critical project phases.

PMP, SAP Activate, or equivalent program management credentials are advantageous.
