About the role

Are you an experienced SAP Project Manager ready to lead complex S/4HANA transformation programs in an international environment?

We are looking for a senior SAP Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs, with a strong focus on governance, delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment and successful execution. This is an opportunity to work closely with executive stakeholders, global teams and business-critical transformation initiatives where your leadership will have a direct impact on program success.

You will play a key role in ensuring transparency, structure and progress across complex SAP programs, applying SAP Activate methodology, PMO frameworks and quality governance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation programs, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, budget and KPIs.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology, PMO frameworks, Quality Gates and QMS processes throughout the program lifecycle.
• Track program progress and provide executive dashboards, status reports, health indicators and RAG status updates.
• Maintain transparency across risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation.
• Manage centralized RAID logs and support tollgate reviews and governance forums.
• Drive the use of SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager and other project management tools for tracking, reporting, quality gate management and monitoring.

About you

You are a structured and senior SAP project leader with strong experience from complex IT delivery and large-scale SAP transformations. You are confident in managing senior stakeholders, leading multi-country rollouts and bringing clarity, governance and momentum to complex programs.

You combine strong delivery discipline with excellent communication and leadership skills. You are comfortable working across business and IT, and you know how to create transparency, manage risks and ensure alignment in international project environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, including 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Mandatory experience from SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations.
• Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs and multi-country rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, program governance and PMO frameworks.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager and/or other project management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Finnish language skills are highly preferred.
