SAP Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a SAP Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a consumer-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an integrated master program plan across all workstreams
• Track high-level project phases across each major function and application, not just SAP
• Align all workstreams to the phases of SAP Activate lifecycle
• Maintain visibility into critical path dependencies across teams and systems
• Provide exception-based reporting on project status and risks
• Ensure proper tracking and execution of SAP workstreams through SAP Cloud ALM and PMIS
• Coordinate all testing and cutover activities while managing readiness across all workstreams

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of ERP project or program management experience, preferably on the client/owner side
• 2-5 years managing SAP S/4HANA implementation programs, focusing on the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP Activate
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM for delivery tracking and readiness management
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or Planview
• Strong understanding of data migration processes and integration workstream management
• Proven skills in managing vendor delivery and escalations, including quality assurance against SOW milestones
• PMP, SAP Activate certification, or equivalent ERP delivery experience preferred
