SAP Project Manager – S/4HANA

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end SAP implementation projects, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing global SAP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and resources.

The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance

• Establish and manage regular project governance and status meetings.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder management activities and engagement plans.
• Track and manage project-level action items, decisions, and follow-ups.

Scope & Time Management

• Monitor project scope and ensure deliverables are aligned with approved requirements.
• Develop and maintain the overall project plan and work management tools.
• Manage resource schedules, project activities, and timelines.
• Review timesheet entries in relation to project tracking and invoicing requirements.

Change Management

• Drive and coordinate project change management activities.
• Assess and monitor the impact of changes on scope, timeline, resources, and budget.

Cost Management

• Develop, monitor, and maintain the project budget.
• Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved financial plans.

Quality Management

• Drive project quality management processes and ensure required documentation is completed.
• Oversee delivery of key project documents such as Acceptance Forms, Cutover Plans, Go/No-Go materials, and other quality deliverables.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards and acceptance criteria.

Risk & Issue Management

• Maintain and regularly review the project risk and issue registers.
• Identify potential risks and issues proactively and coordinate appropriate mitigation and resolution plans.
• Escalate critical risks and issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

Resource Management

• Identify project resource requirements and ensure resource needs are raised and addressed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with functional and technical leads to ensure appropriate resource allocation.

Communication Management

• Develop and maintain the project communication plan.
• Prepare and disseminate Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and project status updates.
• Draft and communicate key project announcements, decisions, and updates.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.

Test Management

• Where applicable, lead and coordinate testing activities across project teams.
• Ensure testing is conducted according to the agreed plan, timelines, and success criteria.
• Monitor testing results and coordinate resolution of identified issues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience working as a Project Manager, preferably within SAP environments.
• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager managing multiple end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong experience managing SAP S/4HANA projects, including Greenfield and/or Brownfield implementations.
• Hands-on experience managing projects through SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP project implementation methodologies and project governance.
• Experience using project/work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or SAP Cloud ALM.
• Proven experience in project planning, budget management, resource management, risk and issue management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on an EU shift.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, large-scale global SAP transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Experience in managing testing, cutover, deployment, and go-live activities.
• SAP-related project management certification is a plus.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
