SAP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Project Management

• Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including implementation, enhancement, rollout, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate project activities with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Support SAP transformation initiatives, including SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration.
• Manage SIT, UAT, cutover planning, deployment, and post go-live activities.
• Prepare project status reports and management presentations.

SAP Application Support

• Oversee SAP application support and ensure smooth daily system operations.
• Coordinate incident management, service requests, and enhancement requests.
• Prioritize business requirements and deliver continuous system improvements.
• Work closely with regional SAP support teams and external vendors.

Business & Stakeholder Management

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within quality standards.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with IT governance and project management standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and SAP utilization.
• Support change management, user adoption, and business process optimization.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in:

  • SAP Project Management
  • SAP Application Support
  • SAP Functional Consulting
  • IT Project Management

• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, upgrade, or migration projects.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience in at least one SAP module (MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, WM/EWM, FICO, BW, etc.).

• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills in English.
