JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, transformation, integration and migration projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, team leadership, stakeholder management and successful project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and rollout projects
• Manage SAP transformation, migration and integration projects
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Lead cross-functional SAP teams including functional and technical consultants
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients and senior management
• Manage project budgets, resources and timelines
• Identify project risks, issues and dependencies and ensure timely resolution
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Manage change requests and project documentation
• Conduct project reviews and provide regular status reports
• Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams
• Drive successful project go-live and post-implementation support

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of overall experience in SAP/IT project management
• Proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA environments
• Experience coordinating SAP functional and technical teams
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making abilities
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management and delivery methodologies
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred
• PMP/PRINCE2/SAP project management certification is an added advantage

Pay: Up to ₹2,700,000.00 per year
