About role:

Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, and brownfield conversion programs while driving stakeholder engagement and delivery excellence. Responsible for end-to-end program governance, SAP delivery oversight, and cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams. Experience in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, integration, cloud landscapes, and program management is essential.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Should have experience 10+ years in project / program management
• Should have handled brownfield conversion
• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation programs.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Establish governance frameworks and monitor program performance.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business leaders, functional heads, and IT teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders.
• SAP Delivery Oversight
• Should have knowledge on SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BW/4HANA, and BTP.
• Ensure integration across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Drive solution design reviews and delivery quality assurance.
