Sap Project Manager

About the role:

Stellite Works delivers SAP programs for US clients from our Hyderabad center: rollouts, enhancement work and

application support running in parallel on the same account. You will own that delivery portfolio. You run multiple

projects and teams at once, keep every engagement inside its plan and its commercials, lead the consultants doing the

work, and act as the client's day-to-day delivery voice. Prior SAP PMO experience is mandatory: you have run the

machinery of SAP delivery (plans, gates, governance, acceptance, change control), not just carried the title.

Key responsibilities:

Run multiple SAP projects in parallel for US clients (rollouts, enhancements, application support), each with its own

plan, milestones, acceptance cycle and commercial terms.

Lead the Hyderabad delivery teams day to day: allocation across projects, utilization, delivery quality, escalations

and the growth of every consultant on the team.

Bring PMO discipline to each engagement: program plan, RAID log, decision log, milestone and deliverable tracking,

and formal change control.

Run the internal rhythm: daily stand-ups with the teams and weekly delivery and planning reviews with US

leadership.

Run the external rhythm: weekly client status calls, monthly steering updates and escalation calls, with crisp minutes

and reliable follow-through.

Produce weekly status reports and steering packs that leadership can send onward without rework.

Spot new opportunities inside the account: listen for pain points on client calls, identify work adjacent to current

scope, and shape it with US leadership into estimates, proposals and SOW inputs.

Hold the commercial line:

Effort tracked against approved budgets and ceilings, risks flagged early, and a change

request for anything outside scope.

Required qualifications :

More than 10 years in SAP delivery, with 5+ years in SAP project management and PMO roles across implementations,

rollouts or support programs.

Prior SAP PMO experience is mandatory: governance artifacts, milestone and acceptance management, steering

reporting and change control as daily working tools.

Proven leadership of India-based SAP delivery teams across functional, technical and Basis tracks, including hiring,

coaching and performance conversations.

Track record of managing multiple projects and multiple teams in parallel without letting delivery quality slip.

US client experience is required: you have delivered for US clients and can work to their expectations on

responsiveness, reporting and escalation.

Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable leading internal and external calls up to client director and CxO

level.

Working commercial awareness:

Time and materials, not-to-exceed ceilings, milestone invoicing and change orders.

Comfortable working late shifts aligned to US business hours from our Hyderabad office; Bachelor's degree required.

Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate; immediate joiners or notice period up to 30 days preferred.

Preferred qualifications:

PMP, Prince2 or SAP Activate certification; MBA a plus.

Exposure to both SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

Mexico or LATAM localization exposure (part of our current portfolio), or other country rollout experience.

Pre-sales exposure: estimates, proposals and SOW drafting support.
