SAP Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager – SAP Services to lead customer-facing SAP projects, ensuring successful delivery while creating exceptional customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.

As a Project Manager – SAP Services, you will be responsible for managing SAP professional services engagements from initiation through to successful completion. Working closely with customers, consultants, solution architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations while maintaining strong commercial performance and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of SAP professional services projects from project initiation through successful closure.
• Defining project scope, governance, deliverables, success criteria, and stakeholder responsibilities in collaboration with customers and delivery teams.
• Developing and managing project plans, schedules, resource allocation, budgets, forecasts, and project milestones.
• Maintaining strong commercial governance through forecasting, budget management, billing oversight, change management, and project profitability tracking.
• Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests while driving proactive mitigation strategies.
• Building trusted customer relationships through effective communication, project governance, status reporting, executive engagement, and stakeholder management.

Job Requirements

• Experience managing customer-facing professional services, SAP, cloud, infrastructure, or technology transformation projects.
• Strong project governance capabilities including planning, risk management, issue management, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience managing project financials including budgeting, forecasting, commercial governance, and change management.
• Proven ability to deliver projects while balancing customer satisfaction, commercial objectives, quality standards, and delivery outcomes.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
