I'm looking to speak with experienced SAP Project Managers who want to take ownership of complex transformation initiatives and play a leading role in delivering the next generation of SAP solutions.

This is an opportunity to join an established SAP consulting organisation delivering challenging programmes for major clients, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA transformation, business process optimisation and large-scale technology change.

Whether you're leading an end-to-end implementation, managing a complex migration or bringing multiple workstreams together, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on project delivery, client relationships and business outcomes.

What you'll be responsible for

• End-to-end project delivery: Lead SAP implementation, migration and transformation projects from initial planning through to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Project leadership: Take ownership of scope, budgets, timelines, resources, quality and delivery milestones.
• Client engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a key contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team management: Coordinate functional consultants, technical specialists, architects and external partners to ensure effective delivery.
• Governance and risk: Establish robust project governance, manage dependencies and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
• Commercial responsibility: Monitor project performance, resource utilisation, budgets and financial objectives.
• Transformation strategy: Work with clients to translate business objectives into achievable SAP transformation roadmaps.
• Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve delivery methodologies, project performance and customer satisfaction.

What will make you a strong fit?

• Several years of experience managing SAP projects within a consulting or complex enterprise environment.
• A proven track record of delivering SAP implementations, migrations, rollouts or transformation programmes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects, whether greenfield implementations, brownfield conversions or wider transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SAP project delivery, including the coordination of functional and technical workstreams.
• Confidence managing senior stakeholders, challenging decisions when necessary and maintaining control in demanding project environments.
• Experience with project budgets, resource planning, risk management and commercial delivery.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Professional German language skills.
