• Delivery of SAP project phases: definition/requirements, technical design, configuration/development, testing and roll-out.
• Delivery of SAP projects in Westernacher’s key industries, i.e. Discrete industries, Automotive, Consumer Goods, Life Science and Logistics Service industries.
• Project Management of SAP related projects
• Effectively communicate information, both verbally and written, to end users and executive management influencing the clients’ decision
• Good leadership skills to guide and mentor the work of less experienced personnel
• High-impact player on multiple simultaneous engagements
• Delivery of SAP projects for key customers
• Support Business Development (Pre-Sales) in China and APJ in the area of Warehouse Management, Transportation Management and SAP ERP.
• Establishing and implementing project methodologies and processes within work teams
• Project Scheduling - Establish a project plan, based line the plan, manage schedule and resource load
• Assure plan is integrated with each team and follows internal project methodology
• Collaborate with teams across all modules of SAP and 3rd-party software to create integrated solutions that meet requirements of all process areas
• Work with key business sponsors and IT teams to gather requirements and position best practice solutions and approaches
• Lead and develop project team members (company, client and third-party resources) in area of expertise to conclusion of a project phase
• Integrate with other projects to support a program approach
• Translate requirements into system designs, use cases, specification documents
• Work with business partners to understand business process needs and analyze requirements
• Facilitate resolution of cross-team business issues amongst business groups
• Manage change management activities including awareness, training and identification of organizational change needs.
• Learning SAP ERP and SAP SCM (SNC, EWM, TM) consulting skills as preconditions to deliver high level SAP projects Requirements: - Degree in computer science or engineering appreciated -At least 5 years’ SAP working experience
• SAP SD/MM/WM/EWM/WMS implementation experience is plus -At least 1-2 full-cycle SAP project management experience -Industry knowledge in manufacturing, automotive, and /or consumer products
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills -Possess relationship management, issue management and negotiation skills -Excellent command of Mandarin, and English -Flexible and have potential to expand beyond current field/expertise into other consultancy areas -Team player, that takes responsibility and ownership. -Used to work under pressure. -SAP & PMP certified is plus. -Extensive travel is required
